Terms of Service for Revenue With AI LLC

1. Program Description

Revenue With AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI implementation, consulting, and automation services for business owners, including but not limited to AI tool setup, workflow automation, team training, and ongoing optimization. As part of our services, we may send automated SMS/text messages related to appointment scheduling, lead qualification, service updates, and appointment reminders.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Revenue With AI LLC, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provided. These messages are for the purpose of:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Lead qualification and follow-up
  • Service-related communications
  • Consultation scheduling

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Service Terms

Our AI consulting and implementation services are provided on a project or retainer basis as outlined in individual service agreements. Retainer services are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with written notice. Project-based services are governed by the specific scope of work agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

8. Intellectual Property

All configurations, automations, and setups created during our engagement are owned by the client. Revenue With AI LLC retains no proprietary access to client systems or data after the engagement ends. We do not lock clients into proprietary platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Revenue With AI LLC provides AI implementation and consulting services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI tools or automated systems we help implement. We are not responsible for the actions or outputs of third-party AI tools (including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate SMS messaging services for any user who abuses the system. Either party may terminate consulting services with written notice. You may terminate SMS services at any time by texting STOP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
