What do I need to prepare before our first call?

How long does the whole process take?
The discovery call is 30 minutes. A Power Session is about 90 minutes. A full Quick Start implementation takes about a week, with most of the heavy lifting on our side — we'll need a few hours of your time total for walkthroughs and training. Retainer work is ongoing, with a monthly call and work happening in the background.
Will this disrupt my current operations?
